How the evaluation took place ?
In the Superior Taste Award evaluation process, more than 250 world-renowned chefs and sommeliers from leading European culinary associations conducted blind tastings. This means that the products were judged based on taste, aroma, texture, and overall impression without knowing their name or origin.
